Last minute thoughts on this kid from StKilda? His coach loves him! Could there be room for him as your D8 if your playing a 3 prem 5 rookie backs structure?

cortez

No one has any thoughts?

Sorry, never even heard of the kid  :P
If he's named round 1 and seems to have fairly good JS and scoring potential for the first 5 or 6 rounds, he could be good. But, there's so many other options. Goodes, Pittard, Stevenson, Terlich, Brown, Heath, Colquhoun, Docherty, Vlastuin. I've probably forgotten a few. Point is, you don't really need a POD for your rookies, just one that's guaranteed to get games (especially in round 1).

Anubis

we're gonna need some new rookies to downgrade to and hopefully wright comes in at about round 7 instead of round 1

He is in just as many teams as Heath... I'm not talking about him as a POD, I'm talking about him cause I believe he could be a good cash cow. And just because the kid hasn't been discussed on here doesn't mean he is a POD.

Oh and by the way Anubis the kid looks likely to play round 1 so gonna have find some oother rookies for round 7...

Might not get games early, but there are heaps of rookie defenders this year, at least 10 decent ones:
1.  Brett Goodes
2. Lewis Stevenson
3. Dean Terlich
4. Nick Vlastuin
5. Jasper Pittard
6. Sam Docherty
7. Luke Brown
8. Dylan van Unen
9. Campbell Heath
10. Jackson Thurlow
