Seriously who is there??

Tom Lee - very unconvincing NAB Cup, his points scoring ability wasn't great

Brent Maccaffer - already got him as F8

Troy Menzel - injury history and probably not in Blues Rd 1 side

Sam Mayes - bit too expensive; will cop the vest a fair bit

Brent Staker - injured til about Round 3 or 4, should I just stick him on the pine for now?

Sam Rowe - not sold on JS; fair few other big men at Carlton

Sam Kerridge - not sold on JS; could cop vest a fair bit

Does anybody know of anyone else ?? Am I missing a diamond amidst the rough? All help very welcome !!

Jukes

Just go 4 premos, then 2 mid-pricers (Karnezis, Harper best, then like JJK, Varcoe, Knights and Byrnes) with Macaffer and Lee/Neade/Rowe on the bench.

There's also Patton, Lycett, Spangher, Parparone and Newton.

my FWD structure at the moment is:

GUNS:
Steve Johnson (yes I know he is out for Round 1), Dayne Zorko, Tom Rockliff, Matty Wright, Luke Breust

MID-PRICERS:
Patty Karnezis

BENCHIES:
Brent Staker ('til I heard he was injured), Brent Maccaffer

Jukes

Bruest to Harper/JJK, Wright to Robbo?

And trade Staker to, as aforementioned, Neade/Lee/Rowe

Windigo

Think he is a chance? I have had him on the pine since Suckling went down..

Ricochet

Lycett will play but not sure on his scoring ability

Artax

Going to take a chance on Spangher rather than Lycett

Jake Neade has impressed and surprised at Port.

Also at Port is Cameron Hitchcock, hasn't played NAB due to injury so won't start but will play at some stage so keep an eye on him as a downgrade target.

Ricochet

Do you see Neade as a perfect vest player timmy? Its the only thing thats stopping me from picking him

Probably no 1 candidate at Port so don't put him on the field or as emergency, but at least he'll get a game.

Jed Lamb got some game time at Sydney so could be another option. Not sure on JS though as may just be filling in for Morton who hasn't played yet. Morton at $168K is also another option, very cheap and cemented his spot in last years finals, not sure where he is at fitness wise though.

Ok cool, cheers mate. Thinking Setanta could be an option as well.
