Also when does the rolling lock out stop?? Seeing as next week there's a Thursday game? Is it Thurs, Fri, or sat morning?

I'm pretty sure there is a rolling lockout all week, so I think you can trade out players from the last game of the round (Hawthorn vs Geelong). Eg. Trading out Jordan Lewis for Jimmy Bartel can be done

Yeah my understanding is that the only time the comp will be in 'full' lockout is for a few hours after the last match of the round has started (ie. usually between 4:40pm and 10:30pm EST sundays)

I assume I wont be able to move Cox from Forwards to Rucks next week as he's played (DPP with Rowe)?

blows my plan to DPP Cox into forwards if Berger is not named.. Lions players wont be named to the following week yeah?)
