Is Wines worth the extra 60K over Viney?

lowry

Wines will be worth every cent, he's a gun and Port will need to play him. He's a ready built player, has secure JS and should be able to avg 75+ IMO

charliesheen

I have Wines and don't have Viney atm.

Colliwobblers

wines by a long way, viney huge wraps on him but don't trust the dees with their rooks couch last season being #1 at casey all season and getting 3 afl games in a shower team just AMAZED the shower out of me, so i'll pick a dee rook as a last resort only.

except terlich reckon he is pretty safe. tho who knows.

well said!

Terlich I am expecting to rise to AFL level very well, similar to Lower and Puopolo, all Nowrood players :o

Toumpas is a super star, these two (Viney) should both be managed nicely though 2013

Wines is a beast, they love him like Sando loves Crouch, I expect Wines to play most early games and maybe a sub at some stage but with O'Meara and poissibly Crouch the best scorers till at least the byes, but Wines could be the best, excluding maybe Whitefield

Anubis

Viney will play 20 games and score very well. Preseason counts for nothing and Viney is a beast.

Wines for me thanks  :)

Marstar

Insert joke about a vineyard and the wines it produces. End product for me.

anything other than both seems insane

I have both but am worried how effective Viney will be early on. Played the first round robbin of the NAB Cup and haven't seen him since. I am considering getting someone else and downgrading to Viney at say Round 7. All of this is speculative as to whether he is named Round 1. If he is lock him in if not maybe we should wait. Good luck

What about Wines v Whitfield?

Agree with this. Not sure about Viney at the moment. Only played the 2 'mini' preseason games and tagged players in both, then haven't seen him since. No doubt he's a gun but will he play enough games early on to be a starter. I have the feeling Matt Jones might have overtaken him and possibly be a better option.

Griffo1982

At this stage i've got Toumpas in infront of Viney.
