There's talk of him playing this week against West Coast. He won't play the whole match but he'll get a taste of it prior to Round 1 versus Geelong.

As it was shoulder surgery, he's still done most of the pre-season running but no doubt short on match fitness.

if the man still goes as hard as he did at the pill with cracked ribs not much else will slow him down - he is a risk at 635k but im on him. he is the kind of bloke he only needs 18 disposals to score 100

Clarko will probably ease him into the season. I'd wait for his price to drop a little bit and pick him up later. Same for franklin.
