hey guys I am looking at these two for my last two forward spots, who should I grab?

Pat Karnezis is apparently the bargain pick of the season so I have added him to my thoughts; I already had Knights but am tossing up whether he is a good pick or not due to his non-existence in the NAB Cup, while Byrnes and Varcoe are both under-priced players

ALTERNATIVELY, I could downgrade Greg Broughton to Jordan Russell and upgrade one of these to a premo-ish FWD (around Dustin Martin price territory) and then grab one of the players in this poll..
