There both only in doubt for round 1, I can easily swap Cox for Rowe and bring on Oliver Wines. i obviously didn't miss the Nab Cup........

hmmm I really like the MID and DEF, however, I think your FWDs are definitely too weak. The majority of teams on here and playing with no fwd rooks (including Macaffer) and in your case, you're fielding 2... There are hardly any solid FWD rooks this year, whereas there are an abundance of DEF and MID rooks.

IMO I'd go:
Embley --> Crouch
McEvoy --> Martin
Spangher --> Karnezis
Leuenberger --> Smith
