HP looks like Griffin is trying to show me why I shouldn't have traded him. If I had known Sandi was going to get injured before the season then I would have kept him!

Pumas Update

Waters 117, Hartlett, Houli, Armstrong
Ablett (C), Sloane 89, Masten 87, Wallis
Jacobs 102
Roughead, Wright 102, Gunston, Walker
Minson, Duncan

Total - 497/5

Great game from Waters, especially after his injury interrupted pre season, and Masten was solid. Stephen Hill played amazingly as the first emergency and so may find himself replacing someone in the XV before the round is over...

Dempsey is really saving that team average at the moment...Hopefully he can maintain both his form and his health this season..

Berlin still 90 from 1, had no players play in the 18 last night.

Cripps however, scored 78 for the Rum-Runners, so am happy with that!

sorry guys I thought it was still pre season in the worlds. Going to be tough to fix this one up, Mundy would have been my VC, im struggling with forwards and Hurley would have been nice, might have a donut this week. Also NVB out is a huge loss. still will do the best i can with whats left. Still might be able to take out nails if i get some luck and a few fringe forwards play.

Backs:  A.Rance, S.Atley, S.Docherty, R.Schoenmakers
Mids: J.Selwood (C), D. Mundy 126, T.Boak (VC), J.Redden,

Lol who would've thought that Cale Hooker and Darren Glass would out score Ryder and Michael Johnson by nearly 20 points  :o

Great start by the Royals in the absence of Head Coach for the weekend.  Will they be able to keep it up and produce the first upset of the season.

Great Start by Stanton as Captain, with excellent contributions from Dannyle Pearce and Chris Mayne. 754 points from 7 games.

* Captain played

Highlights:

Armadillo Michael Barlow was the player of the day, scoring 144 in his Buenos Aires debut, and also against his old team Dublin!

The Royals continue to storm towards an upset victory with centuries to Danyle Pearce and Chris Mayne.

The Destroyers only player so far this weekend was Mundy, who has put them in a good spot with a fighting century.

Pumas look dominant again with big scores to Hill (an emergency, but maybe not for long) and Waters

In his Samurai debit, Nick Suban scores his highest ever Worlds score and his first century.

The Reinders unveiled new ruckmen Jonathon Griffin, who led his #1 ruck role (something he had to fight for at the Pumas) with a century.

Preseason premiers the Magpies still have hope, thanks largely to new recruit JJ Kennedy.

Lowlights:

- Sinclair (Moscow), Ibbotson (New Delhi), Wellingham (New Delhi) and Hannath (Warriors) are all late withdrawals, replacements TBA

- Reindeer captain Priddis disappointed as did key forward Pavlich

- Shuey (Samurai) and Ballantyne (Magpies) disappointed.

The Royals have performed exceedingly well

Boomz

Good to see Suban go well... With Suckling out we really need our defenders to stand up.
