Can it be done starting without the little champ?

The absence of Luey has me wondering...

Whippet

Mids = Danger (c), Pendles (VC), Kennedy (swan type), Selwood (cat type), Moloney, Wines, Mitchell, O'Meara, Viney and Crouch

Who will ave the 130 early? Kennedy? Dangerfield? Imo Ablett is a huge risk

Whippet

Is a huge risk to have or leave out TBAG?

tor01doc

Leave him out at your peril.

Either mad or u haven't heard he's the best Footballer in the world on field and in supercoach. He's so far ahead of everyone he makes choosing and succeeding in a captain choice a lot easier. What I've learnt is u just pick the very best players cos they score the most points which is the aim of the game.

Yep he's a must. And if he wasn't I wouldn't be putting the C on danger. Way too inconsistent to be captain. Pendles is the 2nd option behind gaz

No I don't believe you are mad whippet.  You are just looking at all of your options.  danger, pendles, kennedy and selwood are all guns, so good choices.

Danger has port and bulldogs in R3 and R4, so he would be a good captain choice for those 2 games, and the bloke is an absolute superstar.  danger played a lot fwd under Neil Craig and at the time his fitness wasn't up to regular midfield, but since being released into the midfield in the pre season under sando, his supercoach stocks have risen.  but enough about danger.  Anyone wheo has watched him over the yearsl knows he's a gun, so lets get back to the best SC player ever.

I'm starting with Ablett as captain.  You may need the cash for other areas in your team, so If you decide not to start ablett, I would make him my first upgrade, and effectively try and get him into your team asap.

Ablett has a tough first 3 weeks with games against
St. Kilda
Sydney
Brisbane

After that the premier supercoach champ has games against
Port Power (H)
GWS (A)
Freo (H)
Melbourne (A)
Western bulldogs (H)

You would really want to be at this potential ablett feast b/w Rounds 4-8.

About as mad as over 60% that are playing supercoach this season, with players like Dangerfield, Cotchin, Beams, JPK and Jelwood coming up I dont believe he is a must this year.

Whippet

Thanks for the replies....I think I'll keep him in now with all the feedback.
