Hey people, Im keen to hear thoughts on Masten. Do you think he will play early?? if he is not a start up, then he is too expensive to keep.

My Mids are: Mid: Swan (c), Ziebell, R.Griffen, Armitage, Masten, Martin, (Trengrove, Shuey)

Why not put Ziebell in your forward line?

ben0-1985

I had ROK in my mid field to start with. But he's out of position in the mids. so i just swapped them round.

Masten should start on the wing as thats where they've played him during intraclub games and the NAB cup, he is well and truely in the best 22 for west coast.

Ziebell is also out of position in your mids.... Would be much better off in the fwd line and use the MPP later in the season if you need to. Have both in the fwd line, and get someone else!!

BTW, Masten will definitely play.

who would i get rid of to make room in the rwd line:

Voldt, Buddy, JB, LeCras, Tippett, ROK, Rockliff, (Dennis-Lane, D.Stewart)

thinking it would have to be LeCras. Others are to valuable players....tippet doubles as ruckman, others have potential to  score 100+. Rockcliff is my starting rookie

lecras will stay up forward for most of the year this year. the guy to get rid off imo.

on masten, a dt premium in the making. gets alot of the ball and will play all games bar injury.

The question now will have to be, is Rockliff in the lions best 22?

ben0-1985

Rockliff is a tough one to decide on. Im still not 100% convinced.

Will he get a go with Fev and brown in the FWD line?? But no rookie selection is guaranteed, just have to hope he plays.

Are there any other small forwards at Brisbane?
