Pretty happy with this team, probably wont change much depending on the rookies. Im a little unsure on Moloney will be watching him with interest tonight. What do you think? Im no expert but I will rate yours too if you like ;)

Catani92

Not to sure about Maloney I would rather put in another rookie in the mids and use the cash in the foward line to upgrade a rookie to a mid pricier there. I personally don't like buddy, I am not saying I won't get him but I just wouldn't start off with him.
Other then that the team looks good....

Can you rate mine??

thanks Catani92,

Just gave your team a rate;)

Not sure if I want 4 rookies on feild in the mids and none at all forward but I see where you are coming from. I think once the teams are named round 1. We will all change our teams in form. Just hope one of the 3 forward rookies gets a start.

Not sold on moloney either, If he is doing no good and ball comes back into the pies I might use a trade there.

thanks.

Def: very strong.. Like a lot
Mid: looks good, although haven't heard much about kommer, not
Sure if he'll play, but there is plenty of other good mid rookie options.
Ruck: would probably change bellchambers. Maybe Mumford a better pick?
Forward: get rid of either varcoe/Kennedy for a rookie. Will give u extra
Cash to upgrade the other
Really good team. 8/10

tbagrocks

Hmmm not bad mate, different strategy but a nice one I think, strong rucks should help

spasticnut

Counting 11, maybe 12 premo's if you're lucky with Bellchambers. 7/10 atm. Moloney bit of a risk at m5 i reckon pop another super premo in there. Rate mine :) http://www.fanfooty.com.au/forum/index.php/topic,74201.0.html

pistolia

Nice team, got a few uncommon picks there and good spread of premos with high ceiling potential

Goolahbah

Good team, few uniques that could really pay off. Just stick with them though if you reckon they will score and don't let people talk you out of them too easily. Don't be a sheep..

Brisbane very impressive last night only NAB cup but still impressive. Molony cemented his spot now another good performance.
Zorko is an absolute gun, super impressive player.
Really tossing up trading tex to zorko. What do you think? and maybe Varcoe to Karnezis?
both? both seems like to many loins
let me know your thoughts?
cheers

Catani92

Don't see it being bad moves Brisbane are in form coming into round one and with the 30 trades you can always fix your mistakes early. I have never been sold on key forwards in fantasy as I have been burnt to many times so tex to zorko I think is a good one

jackel82

fair call Catani92, made the trade tex is now zorko, Kommer is out for viney (will see who the starting rookes are). butt.....

One problem I see is that round one is spread over 2 weeks, Essendon, addeilade, west coast, and Fremantle we will see those teams the thursday before. But not the others until the next thursday makes it hard to shuffle sides around as 4 games will have been played and players you have from those for sides are locked in. We better hope the rookies we think will start are named.

cheers

Sound team Jackel,

Def: All good picks and unique D3 and D4. Will be solid. I have moved Docherty on now after last nights no-show (Pretty much anyway). That was a little concerning for mine.
Mids: I personally think you need 2 of GAJ, Pendles, Swan minimum. But thats just a personal thought. Moloney will be serviceable and I assume quickly upgraded. Not sure on Kommer as I don't know enough about him either. He hasn't been on my radar at all.
Rucks: Bellchambers..... I'm just dunno.. Needs to average 90-95 from the get-go. What is the likelihood of him achieving that?
Fwds: Good depth. With regard to KPP such as Tex, I have no issue with them....., until I pick them. If you are only concerned about overall then average is all that really matters. For league I certainly would pick a consistent fwd/mid player over a KPP. (There was a spirited discussion over in 'Players and Trades' the other day which may be a good reference for you - but I can't for the life of me remember what the topic was. It was a thread about a player from memory that got hi-jacked  ;) )

8/10 overall

Good luck with it mate!

love the duffield pick, i think he will kill it again.
with BJ & Jobe copping tags i think Heppell will be aloud to run free. good choice.

not sold on moloney, either D/G to a solid rookie or U/G to a mundy/fyfe like player.

Big Bellchambers is a nice POD, will ruck majority of Bomber games.... is he gonna explode?? who knows? at least he'll be the dons R1.

nice fwd line... have a similar set up. 3 premo's and 2 mids.

good luck with your team mate.
