A lot of the 'dead weight' from previous seasons didn't sign up this year (we still have some - Maca! What are you doing?!) but yes, this competition is very competitive.

Echo those sentiments. Not sure how I got started in Elxam now...whether invited or looking for leagues to join...but however it kicked off I am just wrapped to be a part of it. It's taken me a while to understand how it all works but a truly fantastic concept and competition that throws the best up against the best.
It's my first year of being in the Champions league after winning Elxam Lions (I think) premiership last year...at the time I was just pleased to win the premiership but have now come to realise the added bonus of being in the Champions league is a bonus and privilege...one I'm hoping I can keep.
