basically given up on my DT, i saw beams was out and i couldnt even be bothered reversing my defender trade to trade in a gun mid in his place.

than thought about the fantasy championship and was worried.

got super lucky though, grigg covered beams and knocked up 117 :)

all my Sc luck transfered to DT this week.

I think you would be a much-more deserving winner than me... I have been pretty luck so far this year :-[

Only scored 4 votes in the Monty Medal... Don't know if that shows that my team has been very consistent or whether it just means I have been ultra lucky :P

Having said that, I have definitely performed at a high rate during the elxam finals and am enjoying my pb year in DT ever (currently ranked 2881) so it is not as though my team is dreadful despite there being other perhaps more-deserving coaches than I.

Anyway good luck again, all I hope for is that we have an awesome match, I always love a good Sunday-twilight nailbiter ;)

Everyone that is in Elxam deserves to win its just a lot of luck that gets you to this point.
If you hadn't had a good season you wouldn't be in the final 2.
Not matter what happens I've had my best season ever I'm at my highest overall ever and got my highest score ever last weekend.
Elxam aside and i love this competition now I just want to win that $5k since its right there and I'm in prime position to do it.

Just looking at the ladders from the year was sitting in the bottom 4 at round 4 that's how bad my start to the year was

You did well this year didn`t notice you were down there almost as bad a me at the start.

I was great up until about 2 weeks ago. Last two rounds have been atrocious... Only got the EXV granny to look forward to this week! Might try to go unique this week with my trades and captain...
