Have about 413k for a forward:

who would you take out of the below - they are all a little dodgey but thats why they are value!

Higgins - not a bad year last year
Broughton - never really thought of him as a forward but could be a good option
Sylvia - not convinced but could be a goer
Cloke - can bounce back

anyone else I am missing??

Sylvia, if fit he will smash 90+ easily

Has 47 and 52 from the full-length matches and 39 from the two short games for a 100-minute average of 64, putting him below dt superstars such as Garland, Davis, Tynan, Jetta and, most importantly, Bleasey. Won't average near 90+ imo, see low-to-mid 80s.

Will be injured half the time anyway.

Because all senior players go all out in NAB ::)

Exactly, looked like he wasn't exactly trying his hardest. I've had him locked and loaded all preseason. He is a supremely talented player and if he puts it all together could go 90+ very easily. It is a reasonably big if though, but it's a chance I'm willing to take thanks to the extra trades.

To my mind Cloke is a "confidence" player, if he has a couple good games early, say 90+ scores, look out !

Windigo

I'd say Sylvia, but his pre-season has been far from impressive.  :-\

Toga

I'm gonna be the odd one out here and say Broughts. Was in my side for ages before I decided to upgrade him, seriously reckon he will go 88-90ish this year..

That being said I also expect Trav to hit around that mark as well.

cloke 55 points per minute in the NAB
byrnes 46 points per minute.

both not great.

I would go cheaper and upgrade elsewhere or find some extra cahs elsewhere and get someone else.

Insider out

Thanks for all the advice - I can get an extra 50k but noone above jumps out with that potential or value - I have narrowed it to cloke and sylvia..... toss a coin for now.

Fireballz

Out of that lot I'd go Broughton for sure. Cloke and Sylvia have let me down... but then again I didn't have Broughton when he was at his worst so I don't hate him like most people :P

Hagebear

I would get Patty Karnezis and use the left over money elsewhere. I wouldn't trust any of those options.
