Havent seen much talk about him lately, any reason why people have gone off this bloke? with the way he ended last season i thought he would be n plenty of teams. Only in 3.6% of teams according to supercoach gold.

Think he was always in discussion with Hanley, Hartlett and Heppell who have all had some good nab cup games which people have been excited about.
Grimes will score well if he plays midfield though and be worth getting. Obviously very unique too

FactHunt

I think Grimes is due for a great year barring injury.

I think the only reason people may be avoiding him is the price-tag and other options in the same area...
I reckon most have got the God/Gibbs combo- then a player like Shaw, Hartlett, Birch, Duff, Hanley, even Heppell as that D3/4. I know Hartlett has had his injury issues in the past too, but I reckon this bloke has a huge ceiling if injury free... and Im taking him at D3.

Ah ok, I reckon he can easily get back to his ang of a couple of years ago which was 94 especiallt with a full preseason behind him and a full year of footy last year. Will be a good and unique pick at D4  :)

Knowall

Got him in my team atm mainly due to his second half of last year.  I also just like the way he moves and uses the ball.

Does anyone know what position/role he is looking to play this year.

If i he is likely to get tagged or play defensive defender role im probably out.

FactHunt

Seemed to be quite popular end of last year...
There was talk on another thread of him playing a primarily mid role too, but i am struggling to find it?!?

this is the big IF that's keeping most away imo

he's D3. Shaw is too pricey. Don't trust Heppell. So it's between Hanley and Grimes. Good POD.
