Yeah agree with Pikla and Fever. I was surprised at the amount of people that were getting on him before he got injured giving his recent injury history and age

If he cops a couple of vests coming back or is underdone he could be used as a bit of a cash cow after a nice drop. Only needs to play 6-7 in a row... which isn't guaranteed either

colmullet

Think he's gotta play out the season for me to consider him even next year....this years a no for me

Boofhead

That two weeks will turn into atleast 4 I recon...

Only people this affects are those considering Griffin.

Otherwise - a big no.

Too risky for my liking. Don't get me wrong he's a great scorer, but he gets injured far too often

Setback for Sandilands

Fremantle ruckman Aaron Sandilands has suffered a setback after aggravating his injured left hamstring.

General manager of football operations Chris Bond said that Sandilands would travel to Melbourne to consult a specialist.

“Once Aaron has been assessed by the specialist and we have his medical report, we will be in a position to comment further on the preferred course of action,” Bond said.

Meanwhile, Zac Clarke has been cleared of any serious injury after failing to complete training on Tuesday at Fremantle Oval.

“Zac will be assessed throughout the week to determine if he is available to play in round one,” Bond said.

That would mean one trade in and one trade out for $100k, while timing it all perfectly. Still not worth it.

Griffin certainly looks a lot more attractive now. But still, i've been burned before flirting with rucks in the past. Would love to try and go with a set and forget and not touch it for the year.

Griffin still isnt that cheap at $491k, i reckon Goldy or Mumford are still far better options at that price range.
