I'd just about say that Toumpy would be more of a vest candidate than Jack, imo the best subs are blokes that can come on and use their pace and fresh legs to break a game open, and more utility-type players (e.g. David Rodan).

If Rodan breaks into the side will he be the super-sub yet again? But if he doesn't I'd say Toumpas will be a decent chance to get the kermit.
