playing with my ruck set up and came to this conundrum. what do people think?

Buddy because he is the most likely to be number one in his position.

Maric will have Cox, NicNat, Ryder, Roughead, McEvoy and maybe even Jacobs pushing him.

Seems a lot of rucks pushing 100 + to fill 2 spots compared to a dearth of forwards to fill 6.

Buddy is a must at some stage.

Buddy has the higher ceiling IMO. And will finish in the number 1 spot for the fwds. Again.
Hawks have a tough draw to start with... but you can never tell when he'll bust out a HUGE one:

Round 1 vs Cats @ MCG-                                last years score 89.
Round 2 vs WCE @ PS-                                  last year 89 + 112.
Round 3 vs Collingwood @ MCG-                     last year 142 + 117.
Rond 4 vs Freo @ AU-                                    last year 99.
Round 5 vs North Melb @ MCG-                       last year 236.

2 out of 3 of his worst scores were against Sydney (the other was Richmond).

Mm.. When I have Maric in instead I have enough money for Heppell in the back line which I don't when I pick buddy.. Back to the drawing board

Good way of looking at it.

You can bet your bottom dollar that buddy will be in the top 6 forwards (injury permitting).  You cant do the same with Maric as a top 2 ruckman.
