Berger in doubt!

Brisbane Lions ruckman Matthew Leuenberger is now in doubt for the start of the season according to coach Michael Voss. Voss says that the big returning ruckman has had his achilles flare up again.

Guy's played 11 AFL games, is 23 and has a Basketball backgouubd, but yes!

Has enourmas football ability, imo will be a better footballer than the spud that left, can score well but expect inconsistancies but he's not a keeper anyway

Looks Zac Smith or JJ for me, unless I find the cash for Belly, unless Berger gets up of course

Seems strange to announce it on 3aw and still not inform club members.  Have not received anything as yet from my Lions feeds and been monitoring since MC posted.  Will wait with interest tomorrows weekly recovery and injury update.

If anything must have flared on the weekend as he was still training strongly early in the week prior to leaving for Melbourne.

Anyone thinking Billy Longer or even Currie? Myself atm am thinking of putting cox or Ryder in there from my forwards and Rowe into forwards and then get a 300k forward option.
