Would love some thoughts and rates; it's a little different

Mykonos FC

DEF: B. Goddard, B. Gibbs, H. Hartlett, D. Heppell, B. Goodes, L. Stevenson (D. Terlich, S. Colquhoun)
MID: G. Ablett, S. Pendlebury, J. Kennedy, D. Hannebery, K. Stevens, O. Wines, B. Crouch, J. O'Meara (K. Mitchell, J. Viney)
RUC: P. Ryder, D. Currie (M. Daw, S. Rowe)
FWD: L. Franklin, D. Cox, P. Chapman, T. Rockliff, N. Riewoldt, J. Kennedy (B. Macaffer, J. Neade)

Cash left: 5k

It's different and maybe a little odd but I don't particularly feel very comfortable in playing any rookie forwards :/

I like it Mykonos. Sure is one way to solve the Leuey problem as you would think that one of  Currie or Daw should play and you have Cox for back up then Macaffer comes into play.
Good pods with N Roo and Hannebery and your rookies should make you some good coin.
Good luck.

Vicious Sandwhich Attack

I scanned through this team as normal, got to the forward line and WOW! was my first thought.

Def: If you had to go three prems how would you split Heppel and Hartlett? Everyone else is stock, and solid.
Mid: You may find yourself behind in points early on, but you can still make plenty of cash.
Rucks: Love Ryder, would love to pick him but don't have kahunas big enough. Cant stand 30 this week...180 next week, but a great pick in the long run I would imagine. If you look at my RMT I am now considering deploying this strategy as well!
Fwd: Great depth..Ask yourself.... Is Macaffer better served on the field, and the $$ reinvested into the mids? Also NRoo could be anyone of Tex, Tomahawk, Zorks..

Nice team!
8.5/10 - Just not sure if you have enough firepower in the mids, but Hannebery and Stevens COULD change that in the blink of an eye.

Thanks mate, as I said - a little different haha.
I just cant see Macaffer averaging more than a rookie elsewhere so why not put in another mid rookie?

Ryder is great and the new rules will help, he'll only get better.

And I have a feeling about NRoo particularly with the Saints soft early draw. Proven score and I still reckon he has another very good year in him.

And thanks for the rate, I'l have to check yours out (nice to see another person using the same ruck strategy)  :D

Mykonos FC

I am a fan of the Penny Pincher Tactic, particularly with 30 trades :P

Solid unique team here.

Only real issue I have is Hanneberry at M4.  With this think you may be loosing points early.  Have you considered downgrading JJ to Varcoe, Byrnes or Karnezis and upgrading Hanners to a prem.

Yeah, that is a likely move, thanks  :)

Saintsarecoming

Actually one of the best teams I've seen on here 9.5/10 for that
Only few issues will be N Riewoldt me being a saints fan I watch alot of training and all the matches and I've got to say we have a few new lads who will push fwd this year which I think will make Rooey less dominant like Stanley, Siposs, Lee, Masiter he could be good though if we have a good season

Only other issue is D Currie I've liked him in the NAB cup only thing is though it is the NAB cup and with Norths first five rounds being as hard as they are I see him struggling to bring in any scores higher than 60 if Goldstein plays but he could also make you alot of money if he turns his nab cup form into regular season form

Other than that love your mids and def and fwds like the look of Kennedy down there think the Eagles are in for a big year
Good work

Mutta

I really like it, I've gone a similar type structure with 0 forward rookies..

Have been considering Koby Stevens myself, good game the other night just scared that when the bulldogs better mids come back round 1 he may not get as much of the footy

Also tossing up between Kennedy and Varcoe in the forwards..

Mykonos FC

Thanks guys - I just reckon N. Roo could be a great pinch hitter for the first couple of months, we'll see.

And I like having no forward rookies on field - solves the forward rookie dilemma really without hurting my team that much at all.
Gives me more mid rookies = more cash

RICK05

Love your thought with currie /Daw ruck atleast one of them should play weekly going to look at my side again as I would like the extra cash to upgrade my mids
