Just wondering if anyone is considering not going with Goddard. $541K. Is he worth it?
Will he still shine at the Bombers? From memory he started real slowly last year.
Anyone not starting with him and hoping he drops in value?

Mykonos FC

He scored 110 SC points against Adelaide... And remember the NAB Cup games go for like 95 minutes whereas a normal game would go for 120 minutes. So add on another 25 minutes and it could have been 140 odd.
For defence he is a lock. Priced at an average of 100 but we all know he is capable of 110+ and is showing good signs of doing so.

He's close to a must have. He seems to be pretty popular. I have him locked in, think he should do well.

This has been the thing for a few seasons. Is this the year to not pick Goddard? Did it for the first time last year and it was like the episode of the Simpsons where Flanders tells off God. Five seconds later he's rushing to church saying 'sorry, sorry, sorry.' Goddard was back in in a flash.

Goddard and Gibbs are non debatable. They should be in every defence

Not the type to play a couple of shockers though to be picked up cheaper. I would think he is a must have right from the start

I assume the SC score are still standardised, therefore the length of the game only affects DT scores. Otherwise agree he's a lock ;)

I think that's a valid strategy.

Goddard's first 3 opponents for 2013 are:
Rd1: Adelaide
Rd2: Melbourne
Rd3: Fremantle

His scores against these sides last year were:
