Who to pick Karnezis or Varcoe

My thoughts on Karnezis - He will be named in Brisbanes 22 for Round 1 unless he has a stinker of a game tonight.  Whether he remains in team is up to him and his performances as someone may have to give way when Staker returns.

For information with a dearth of quality forward rookies atm  I am going 3 prems plus Varcoe, Karnezis and McAffer with Lee and Neade emergencies

I certainly think that's too risky... Karnezis and Varcoe could easily fail, who would you downgrade them too? Lee and Neade may get dropped after round 2 also, then it's going to be hard to find players to fill those gaps. That's why I've gone with 5 guns + Karnezis; Cox in the FWD's so if Leuenberger fails and one of those MP's actually fires - Cox into ruck and Leuenberger to that MP  8)

haha, snagged 5 goals and only got 85. Won't be playing Port every week either...

Neither really impress me, I can't see Varcoe getting enough of the ball to be a good selection. Karnezis is still young and I wouldn't be comfortable picking him.
