What are your thoughts on bringing in Lecras this week at the expense of a rookie on the bubble?
Tough call without knowing your team or which rookie... So I reckon LeCras will be more valuable to your team. Should be a good scorer in 2013 - kicking bags and getting a run through the mids

Would either be trading

Dean Kent > Crouch (Picked him up instead of Jones from Melbourne by mistake in a food coma during the Easter break)
Mitchell > Hutchins (via DPP with Goodes)

Or

Kent > one of the above two rookies
Karnezis > Lecras

Forward line is a bit thin, Cox, Rockliff, Kennedy, Zorko, Neade, Dwyer (Mcaffer, Karnezis).
Would leave me with a non playing player for the VC loophole and strengthen the weakest area i have. But would be missing out on a rookie on the bubble.
Honestly I actually think you should get Crouch and Hutchins. Both will be very good pickups and make heaps of cash.

Will leave me with plenty of cash to upgrade Karnezis next week, or even the week after, possibly to Daisy or someone like that. Am leaning that way at the moment.

thanks for your help!

Yeah Vlast to Hutch would be a great move for you. Makes cash and Hutch will rise in value a hell of a lot

Do you think Leuy is a must have on the bubble even with 2 premium rucks?

My rucks are Maric, Jacobs, Blicavs, Rowe with Cox in the forward line.

I could upgrade Blicavs or Macaffer (by switching Rowe forward) to Leuy, my thinking being Blicavs won't make anywhere near as much as Leuy and Macaffer might struggle to get back into the Collingwood team considering he was dropped when they already had a few first teamers out and he seems to have dropped down the pecking order.

Do you think it's worth making either of these trades considering either way Leuy would just become a cash cow on my bench behind Maric or Jacobs or should I just accept I don't need every cash cow and be happy I have pretty much all of the other performing rookies?

I have only used 2 trades thus far for the season.

If Leuey is gonna be sitting on your bench then dont worry about it. Would definitely not go trading Sauce or Ivan. Just gotta let him go through to the keeper in this case mate. Cant get them all :)

Hey mate, just wondering your thoughts of my trades.
Ive gone Kommer > Mayes and covered neade's vest in the fwd line. Also have gone Wright > Westhoff to get buddy in a couple of weeks.

Concerned about Mayes, should i have got Rowe instead?

You have done well mate. Back yourself in here, they are good trades.

Hope they work out :)

Master Q

Messed up my SC big time.

Going KMitch --> Crouch
Leaves me for 435k to get someone for Embley. Looking at Monfies, Wingard ( >:( ) or Aaron Mullet (gah), or are there any other rookies I could look at?

Jester

Hi Jayman. 27 trades remain and my teams problem areas include: Mitchell, Zorko, Varcoe, Caff and Kommer. Plus I missed Dwyer last week (did not understand rolling lockout properly). I plan to trade Mitchell > Crouch but it is the second trade I am stumped on. Next week I plan to go Varcoe > Mayes so Varcoe can stay on the bench. Here are my current thoughts:

1. Should I go after Dwyer even though he is $170K now or move on?
2. I could bring Terlich/Hutchins in via dpp for Kommer but perhaps that is a luxury trade I cannot afford.
3. I could trade Zorko to Bartel/Buddy
4. Maybe I just stick with the one trade this week and reassess next week with the likes of Lee, Wright and Evans on the radar.

What do you think?

Robbie Gray

Hope you're right cause I've gotta play Neade cause I've got Macaffer and Staker on the bench.

Nice trade, Crouch is a jet.

Next one is a bit tougher. All 3 options are worth of being traded in, but if I had to pick 1? Aaron Mullett

Proved himself against the reigning premiers last week and still has plenty of cash to make

Let Dwyer slide mate, it is too late to get him unfortunately. Kommer can stay, still has cash to make.

What I would do is Zorko --> Buddy. Zorko is losing cash and Buddh should go up this round - perfect time to jump on

Jayman, keep up the good work,

Duffield is doing my head in, paid 500k for someone averaging 85 and then Birchall is pumping our 150s and averaging 127.

Should I go Duffield > Birchall

Thankyou in advance, :)

Yeah good move.

Duff isn't the scorer we thought he would be and Birch is an out and out jet. Definitely worth it
