I am sick of f#*king Zorko, and want him gone. I have currently traded to Buddy, but wondering if I should grab the Hoff, get his price rise, and get Buddy later?

Current forwards:
Cox, Bartel, ZORKO, JJK, Neade, Dwyer (Caff, Lee)
Cash remaining = $237,600

Any thoughts appreciated mate

If you have the cash to get Buddy then do it, I reckon. He won't come much cheaper than he is now.

Hey Jayman

Leuenberger has started out with some really good scores considering his pre-season. Given how well he's going is it crazy to trade one of my rucks (Jacobs & Griffin) to get him in and pocket some nice coin ($200k plus) for some upgrades?

If I were to trade I would get rid of Griff. Sauce is one of the best SC rucks there is and as we know, Griff will stink it up when Sandi returns

I think Leuey is almost a must unless you are 100% happy with your rucks. So if you aren't then do it I reckon. Leuey is a great get, I got on last week

Cheers mate, appreciate your input. It's a tough one because I've started pretty well, but like you I think Leuey seems to be a good get.

It's just one of those weird scenarios to think about trading out a guy averaging over 100 who isn't injured or suspended!

Would love your opinion on my trades for this round:

1) Luke Brown to Hutchins (for $)

2) One of the following:
a) Zac Smith to Leue (make $50k on the trade, plus the decent scoring potential of Leue)
b) Mundy to Fyfe (costs me about $40k, but Fyfe looking like a keeper (or at least someone who will make me $80 to $100k whilst also scoring well)

Whichever of the Smith/Leue or Mundy/Fyfe trades I dont do this week, i'll be looking to do next week ($$ permitting).

Feedback would be appreciated. My team's pretty good otherwise (top 1,400) so I dont have any more pressing issues at the moment...just need my CC to start fattening up.

ZacSmith to Leuey... Great trade, Smith aint performing and this id the cheapest Leuey will be all year. A must have!

WHAT I DO NOT LIKE
Luke Brown to Hutchins. Browny has only had 1 bad week, he showed good scoring before that, surely you can not trade a named rookie that scored 97 two weeks ago?

Mundy to Fyfe. Despite playing like shower Mundy has scored ok, will not get tagged every week and will crack 110 when he is not. Fyge is good but not worth a trade if Dave is the one you are getting rid of.

Would you have a preference to keep Mundy, or trade him to someone on the rise (and that I can afford with $540k) e.g. Boak, Armitage, although i'm not totally sold on either of those two when they play decent opposition...

No worries at all mate. I think Zorko is a goner mate, he is getting the flick from my team too. Has showed nothing at all this whole season. Black's return may push him further away from the midfield, which we definitely do not want.

Just on Bartel, don't get me wrong he is a star but I think he may not be as good of a pick as people think. Take out the goal he kicked to beat the Kangas and his average would likely be in the high 90s. What I'm trying to say is he may be reliant on 4th quarter heroics to go big, he is getting on in age! Could you go Cyril? I'd prefer him...
