I guess Maric is the obvious choice, but it also depends on whether you can get the money you save by getting someone like Goldstein, and use it to upgrade lets say a Sloane to a Pendlebury. But if you can't make the rest of your team any better, than go Maric.

Assuming you 2nd Ruck is Berger - Do you intend to upgrade or Keep.  If Upgrading go Maric but if possibly keeping go Jacobs as both Maric and Berger share Round 13 bye.

Jacobs has his bye with a lot of really good premiums in round 13.

If you can find an alternative to him, then do it.

An even spread of missing premiums over those bye rounds will definitely help your score stay reasonable.
