Plus u have at least 4 less money making rookies than most teams. Ur mid pricers would take too long to make cash even if they "broke out".

Great Idea, but u need more of a balance between mid priced spread and proven guns like mentioned above.

Just out of interest why do you think this wont work? Can you elaborate?

first off no one in your team will avg over 110, i'll start with the mids.
your 7 mids will avg 85-105 max. other teams will start with 4-5 players who'll easily avg 120+, plus 6-5 rookies who'll make a lot more money then the 3 rookies you have.
i get the idea that these guys are there to score ok and you'll trade em out when its time, but by the time your rookies are ready other peoples are too and they'll gain another premo or 2, you're behind already.

some of your 4 DEF's will be lucky to go 90-95 while other peoples DEF's are looking at close to 100 & over.
behind again.

Hale had an ok last year with the absence of Bailey/buddy. Roughie took the ruck work and he went fwd, with bailey back i think his points will suffer. also he had a few great games last year with the absence of Buddy. coincidence??
Jenkins takes over Tippets spot im guessing, but i dont think they'll look at him as much as they would TEX.
points will increase but not by more then 10.
other players would have rucks who would score more then yours, again behind.

robbo & wright will increase to 95 MAX (iffy on robbo he does butcher it alot) while the other 3 will avg 80-90 MAX.
other teams would have buddy/cox/rocky who'll avg 110 a piece

less rookie players means a (major) loss of possible increased money to upgrade your team.
yes i understand that you've tried to cover that by increasing the score of positions that would be held by rookies in most teams. D5-6, M6-8, F5 (i dont count varcoe coz he should be in most teams)

you will do ok (at best) with this team.
its a pretty avg team, very balanced yes, but avg nonetheless.
it'll give you avg points with not much increase in money at all, not like the other teams who'll have a lot more rookies then you. you'll keep up at 1st (maybe) but once those cows are ripe they will blow you away.

there will be a lot of sideways trades and wasted trades in trying to bring in "keepers" into your team.

i hope you dont take my criticizing as me being a d!ck.
good luck anyways.

check out my team.
