please rate. With such a strong range of mid rookies this year, Ive spread around my money, starting with forward and back lines made up of players that are certain to play and score well

Def- Goddard, Duffield, Gibbs, Hibberd, Hartlet, Pittard, Goodes, Terlich

Mid- Swan, Pendles, JPK, Cotchin, Wines, Mitchell, Crouch, Omeara, Viney, Towers

Ruck - Burger, Mummy, Currie, Daw

Forward - Rocky, Buddy, Stevie J, Kennedy, Varcoe, Byrnes, Mcaffer, lamb

You need Ablett if only going with 4 I think you need Ablett, Swan. Pendles to be 3 of them

Due to being a few rookie. Defender options I don't think you need Hartlett I'd spend the cash up forward

Interesting theory/strategy. Can I ask why? Most points have always been in the mids. Why have a strong backline instead when they are likely to score u 75-95 instead of 95-130?

Have u worked out if this will give u more points? I would def downgrade Hibberd AND/OR Hartlett and spend the cash in the mids and/or fwds.

Like ur team otherwise some good/unique picks in Hibberd,SJ,Duffman. And yes just get GAJ

Yeah it makes sense to have Gaj on board given my remaining cash. Will replace JPK or Cotchin with him. You're  right about most points coming from the mid. But most people, will use a 5 premium midfield, or a four premium plus one cheaper option midfield e.g. fyfe, ball etc. That fifth mid is only going to get you 80-100 each week. In my structure, I will be losing say 20 points from my mid 5 and make it up in my back line or defence. Mid rookies always appreciate in value the quickest there for my 4 premium midfield is only going to look like that for the first month or so. Plus with so many trades this year, if its not working, I can always change. The benefit of this structure is all about the defence and forward lines. I won't have to stress about f-5-6 or d-5-6 not playing, or getting the vest or scoring under 50. Ive got consistant picks at both ends of the field, whilst utilising the plethora of mid rookies, who, from all signs, can all play and score for that matter
