Joel Selwood.

Just wondering why i have not seen Joel Selwood in any teams so far? Am i missing something? He only scored under 100 three times last year and his lowest score was 81.

There's no reason at all mate. He's just out of favour for some reason. Would be a great unique pick up

He is gonna be my POD. Couldnt understand why noone was picking him. Thought he was injured or suspended.

Pick him then. Nothing wrong at all. Awesome POD cos everyone wants Danger/Cotchin/Swan/JPK and of course GAJ and Pendles. Selwood,Murphy,Priddis,Judd all capable and under owned.

kinda worried that when he takes the inevitable head knock he'll get a spell during the year, given the current climate. was in my team until the diesel revelations came to light.

Fever has hit on the reason why he is out of favour with me.  Invariably cops at least one bout of concussion each year due mainly to the way he plays.  With the issue of head knocks being under the microscope he could miss more games.

Last year he started like Murphy this year - underpriced - so yes last year.

Murphy this year is his equivalent IMO - due to his 'shoulder' game.

Selwood vs GAJ / Swan / Pendles / Danger / Cotchin / Watson - he's not definitely better than any so not being picked maybe?

Loves the way Selwood goes about it and normally he is one of the first picked in my team.
This year however I decided  no not only is concussion a risk with him but suspension is as well even with the extra trades I'd still rather pick a player who is more likely to play every game than one that may not.

I like Selwood as well. Will make a good unique pick up and generally scores well, as he is suited to the SC scoring system mre than DT. It out of Selwood, Danger and Fyfe for my M5, leaning towards Jelwood

Surely Danger is clearly at the top of that pack? Don't get me wrong, Jelwood is great and will score well, but I expect Dangertown to pull out much higher scores than Jelwood...
Depends if you're after a unique I guess, it's much like the whole discussion of Danger vs JPK vs Cotchin vs Murph vs whoever... resign yourself to the fact you can't have them all to start and you'll be upgrading to the others. Then try and pick the ones that put you ahead the fastest...

I'm still not sure. Jelwood is ultra consistent, but Danger has a high ceiling.
