Would love some advice and feedback on my team.
I have tried to do as much research as possible and put together a reasonable team, however my supercoach experience is limited and am looking to improve.

OLD TEAM
Backs: B. Goddard, B. Gibbs, G. Birchall, G. Broughton, J. Pittard, S. Docherty (D Terlich, S. Colquhoun )

Midfield: G. Ablett, S. Pendlebury, S. Wellingham, M. Murphy, N. Fyfe, O. Wines, B. Crouch, J. O'Meara (J. Viney, S. Colquhoun)

Rucks: I. Maric, M. Leuenberger (M. Daw, B. Grundy)

Forwards: D. Cox, T. Rockliff, J. Lewis, D. Martin, T. Menzel, B. Macaffer (S. Mayes, T. Lee)

Cash Left: $77,100

NEW TEAM -

Def; Solid defence can't go wrong here.
Mids: Upgrade Wellingham to a Premium 
Rucks: Maric hasbeen underdone maybe Jacobs is the better Option
Fwds: Try and work out a way to upgrade Menzel to Varcoe.

Overall Team has potential but is one or 2 premiums short 7/10

DEF:
not too sure on broughton but good otherwise 8/10

MID:
wellingham injured, maybe need another super premium. 8/10

RUC:
very good 9.5/10

FOR:
better to get the cheaper rookies rather than mayes and menzel. not much upside for lewis. 7/10

overall very good for a second year. the most important thing is to do what YOU beleive! 32.5/40

IMO take Maric out for someone like Jacobs. That would free up some cash and you can then update Wellingham to a premium. And how do you have S. Colquhoun in your def as well as your mid, haha? and i would recommend getting J.Neade from PTA as 1 of your rookies. Otherwise I like your team, 8/10. Good Luck for this season. :)

Thanks to everyone that has helped out with my team.
I really do appreciate the advice and will certainly try to give any back where I can.

I have had some time today to read some articles and have a look at some other peoples teams.
Made a few changes and this is what I have come up with.
