Karnezis was sent to NEAFL to try and increase endurance which was found wanting in the Senior games he played. Was placed in the Midfield to increase this endurance and he averaged 28 possessions. Has worked well in the off season as well and now reaping the benefits with good displays in the NAB Cup.

Really putting pressure on for selection in Round 1.  Watched the game on stream yesterday and he was floating across half back line and a link going forward.  He also drifted forward as well.  In summary seemed to have a roving commission to run loose.  Only downside for SC Teams is if selected may push Docherty out.

If selected I think he would be a lock as a mid price forward as I think he would be better options than Varcoe, Brynes or Knights.

+1 Had a ripping year in the magoos last season in the midfield.

I will start him & varcoe if both named for round 1. with the luxury of going sideways to byrnes or kennedy or knights or krak if either carpark or varcoe fail.

but then there was cornhole - did you enjoy his performance Ringo?  Still with Brown in and huddo in? do you need the cornman fwd?

Loved cornmans performance - Interesting selection dilema. One thing for certain Lisle has dropped down. We could play 2 talls plus a resting ruckman Berger/Martin. May be an overkill but may be devastating.  See how we line up against the Pies next week will be close to Round 1 side I think withe exception of Brown and Black, Wrote up last nights game in the Lions Team thread Nab Discussion,
