I got them both can see them scoring pretty similar.  One thing ill say is i think Dangerfield has a higher ceiling, so if I had to pick only one it would be danger by the smallest margin.

I also really like the GAJ, Pendlebury, Danger, Cotch first 4 mids combo

ZLATAN

First 4s without Watson are lols.

Says the Essendon supporter  ::) he shares the bye with other top scoring mids like Ablett, pendles, swan, beams, dangerfield, Murphy

Both would be good picks, and both are very good players.

I'm a neutral supporter and I was at the Hawks v Crows prelim.  The crows as we know were rank underdogs, but I watched Dangerfield go very close to single handedly dragging his team into the GF.

His last quarter run through the middle of the ground was devastating, as he ran himself to exhaustion.  Not only did he pick up about 9 touches in the last quarter, but he broke lines with that devastating run.

Sometimes you see amazing efforts by players in losing teams in big finals.  Think of GA senior in 89 GF.  Carey in 94 prelim.  Judd in 2005 GF, Ablett junior in 08 GF.  Dangerfield's effort in that game was up there with the best of them for big games in losing finals teams.

Danger is a raging bull.  Mike currently has him at #3, but don't be surprized if he becomes the best player in the competition in the next few years.

I'm starting with danger at M2, behind Ablett.

Yes. Pendelbury at some stage throughout the season, but my structure doesn't allow for it right now.

I can see Pendlebury out averaging Ablett in SC this season.

As good as you think dangers prelim final was and have just described It to be, he only scored 91 in that game..

Slot him into your team in that case Whatlez.  I'm going to start with GAJ, but both gun players.

Pendles was $701k last year, and dropped to low $600's after being kept to 68 against the blues.  At some stage he wil be in my team.  It's just a matter of when.

perhaps a lot of gun hawks robbing the 3300 points on offer for that game.

Amazing player to watch though Quinny.

TheAnt

They're actually kinda similar in their burst speed, in this GIF he marked it, was flat footed but burst past two Swans players, baulked past Jetta and then a Richmond player dropped the mark (typical).

Yeah no doubting he's an amazing player to watch but for a guy that only tons up half the games he played last year that's not good enough for me to start him in the midfield over consistent guys like pendles, Cotchin, Kennedy and Selwood etc. There will be a better time to grab a guy that scores up and down like a yo-yo

Cotchin can definitely burst away from a pack but I think danger does it better in a straight line, cotchin probably weaves in and out around players better

There won't be any down ;)
