What does this mean?

I have been with FanFooty for a few months now and still have no idea what this means

For example of someones profile it will say Premium: +20/-20

what does that mean?

Nope, which I reckon they should implement. If somebody boos you for an invalid reason, say because you say you like x player over y player but this person is a y-player fanboy, you can appeal it.
