Rate My Team? Criticise away. V2

DEF: Chris Newman is moving into the midfield and should average 100+. Nick Suban is tearing up the track and training with the midfield group.
MID: Mundy and Bennell are both looking like possibly elite players by the end of the year. Luke Parker played great in the midfield last year before being vested several times.
RUC: Was going to go with goldy but not sure on him so thought I'd 'Set and Forget' Maric. Leuenberger is an obvious mid price choice.
FWD: Rockliffe will average 110+ in the midfield this year barring injury. Dustin Martin is set to break out, attitude problems seem to have been sorted out. Siposs groomed to fit the Goddard role, and Varcoe is only there because of the lack of FWD line rookies.

As always, rookies are not locked in yet, but I'm happy to take suggestions on the whole team. - Thanks

Mundy was injured but is playing this weekend.

Gee I reckon Bennell is a bold choice for his $$$ tag.

I can understand Newman (not for me ever again after last year) and Suban (value) and Parker (has huge potential) but Siposs and martin as F3 and 4 look really weak.

Too much in the mids takes from your forwards.

Stevens not worth it.

Mayes and Daniher are both expensive for rookies their JS.

Thanks for the advice - I thought about dropping a mid for a stronger forward but I couldn't find any that would keep their value except maybe Tex Walker.

Mid: Ablett, G - Cotchin, T - Shuey, L - Mundy, D - Parker, L - Wines, O - Mitchell, K - O'Meara, J (EMG) Crouch, B - Viney, J
Ruc: Maric, I - Leuenberger, (EMG) Rowe, S - Currie, D
Fwd: Franklin, L - Cox, D - Rockliff, T - Martin, D - Varcoe, T - Macaffer, B (EMG) Daniher, J - Neade, J
Cash Remaining: $57,200

Thoughts?

harbrow newman suban are bad.... you can get rookies who will average more.

downgrade 1 to a rookie and upgrade the other 2 for duffield and shaw

shuey & mundy are poor premium choices. why not take pendles, selwood, murphy, swan, JPK????

Maric is over priced as he is coming in underdone (interrupted preseason). pick up jacobs, roughead or mcevoy instead

Forward line is ok just change martin for someone who will average more than 80.... like Bartel or Tex. LeCras would be a better choice than Martin and 100K cheapers.

really poor team needs many changes.

Def: I Would look at replacing Harbrow with either Hartlett or Heppell.
Mids: Luke Parker maybe a good POD he had 20 possessions in the NABcup game. You are a little light here though.
Rucks: As long as Maric is fit pick him otherwise go with Jacobs.
Fwds: Can't fault any of these Fwds

Overall Team has slight weakness in the Miids give it a 7/10
