Which combo do you think is the better option? Can either have a foward line of:
F5: Sylvia, F6: Macaffer F7: Growden

OR

F5: Varcoe F6: Byrnes F7: Macaffer

First option probably has the potential to score higher but option two is safer and gives me a little more depth
What do you think?

Jukes

Col 87, Growden 60
vs
Varcoe 76, Byrnes 73

=147 vs 149

Option (b) will score higher, don't like any of the four players though tbh.

if you rate col as 87 than you must like him. 87 average for a guy priced at under 400k is fantastic value.

Ricochet

First option kills it for on field points
But yeh second option just wins overrall

Clokey will average a certain 90, if not mid 90s, at a similar price bracket. The other three forward premos I have are Rocky, Zorko and Robbo- all 100+ players.

My Foward line as it sits is
Cox, Zorko, Rockliff, Robinson............
So there's quite a bit of fire power there without Sylvia. Might go option two just for the added depth

Ziplock

Zorko wont go 100+ unless he becomes a full time midfielder, which means that rocky will be stuck forward again.

I rate sylvia for 90-95 personally.

I prefer option 1

sylvia 90 macaffer 68= 158

varcoe 70 byrnes 78= 148

on top of that you get a potential forward keeper if sylvia goes 95+ (which he can), and more cash generation with macaffer.

Windigo

Option one. Colin can go 90+ easily and when his on song, he is a top fwd.

Jukes

Zorko averaged 101.5 in 2012 if you exclude his sub-affected 26 and injury-affected 69 (got off to a fast start but copped a heavy knock in the second quarter and rested on the bench/forward line for the rest of the game iirc). Should at least go 98+ ceteris paribus.

Also it's Sylvia and Growden vs Varcoe and Byrnes, he has Macaffer listed in both lines.

Yes but Macaffer on the field in his first team whereas he is benched (score doesn't count) in the second team.

Presto

The problem with Zorko is that I dont believe he can last a full season.
Based on 14 games (16 less the two injured ones) you say he average 101.
Let's look at those games and split them in two: during the first seven he averaged 115, but during the last seven his average dropped to 87. A remarkable drop in performance.

Second pre-season a full one and doing very well on the track. Cant see why he cant go as big deeper into season 2013.

Yeah, 1st one...
however, fwd rooks' JS is terrible.

i'd go second option, sacrifice myself 5 ppg because somewhere down the line the fwd rooks will flower you up
