Still no Hrovat or Stringer for the Dogs. Starting to look like very tasty downgrade options.

Ricochet

Not many rookies to look at in this game for me. Goodes is the only rookie in my side atm

Pokerface

Hmm.. Matty Spangher is getting another crack. Could he be the rookie priced forward we are looking for?

No Higgins or Birchall

Yea just saw that. Thought I saw Birch's name before but obviously not. Wanted to have a good look at both of them.

Birchall has a corkie, expected to be right for the following week. Not sure what's up with Missy.

A few names interest me in this game - Simpkin and Young in particular.

Interesting youn Macrae getting another game, probably to expensive though? Will be watching Wallis, Libba and Smith, Clay Smith with a 14 possession game in one of the halfs last week, still looking for a sneeky mid priced bolter ;)

Jukes

Jason Tutt playing, could make a late dash into my side? :3

pommyadam

are these full games, or is it still the 40min malarkey?

4 X 17.5 minute quarters

I'll put my hand up, I have called this Howard character a breakout candidate for 2 seasons now, mind you so has the prospectus.

but the SPUD has managed to get himself dropped from a NAB CUP team  ::)  i give up

not that he could seriously have been considered this season at his price but as 3 dogs defenders have departed i thought this might be his year to step up and breakout...

There's better options out there for defenders to break out imo. Atley and Jacobs from North Melbourne should be watched closely, same with Ellis at Richmond, Yarran could do under Malthouse and despite his spud efforts in Rd 1 of the NAB Cup I still like Pedersen to break out.
