To be honest I'm finding it hard to justify upgrading either to Gibbs...

Anyone convince me?

FactHunt

Either.
Gibbs is a gun, don't listen to anyone who says otherwise.
You can probably partially forgive last years ave to a degree as he wasn't used to his full potential... MM will stick a rocket up this guy and you will laugh at this question on reflection later in the year.
IMO you will see an improvement on his 103, 104.5 and 107 ave the years prior to his 95.3 ave last year-
He will run round in the guts, he turns 24 in march, and a former number 1 pick... all points to one thing  ;)

Ricochet

He's priced at 95 because he was playing through the backline.
Mick has stated he will play midfield
Expect 105+ easily but could be 110+

auscoyote

Seriously ???
You just have to have him if you want to win.
Even if he did butcher the ball a bit on the weekend which i put down to preseason concentration, he should easy be the #1 defender by years end and he is going cheap!
Lock him in.

Someone hasn't ben listening to Mick Malthouse, or following football for to long ???

Your first two selections should be Ablett, Gibbs, or Gibbs, Ablett.  Then worry about the rest.

Might wait and make my team that way. Sure to save a lot of headaches that way.
