The balance is there.
When I look at it Im sorta like  :o ... there are definitely some uniques (which I do like to see).

Geary is interesting... he had 8 scores sub 60 last year, not so good. Including 28, 29, 37 and 43, I reckon that there is better value at that price-
Please don't make me say his name... ok, R.I.C.H.A.R.D T.A.M.B.L.I.N.G, there I said it. eek. If he plays, I see him having plenty of upside. Either the aforementioned, OR downgrade to a rookie- of which you should have options down back. OR upgrade to a Prem/potential Prem.

Jetta, while i am genuinely intrigued, surely can't match the value of a Moloney/Ball ?!?! IMO he really needs to increase his hunger for the footy... I know he only weighs in at 75-80kgs but his tackle count should be up for a guy of his pace (especially given he plays at Sydney- season high of 5... really?) but interesting. Simpkin, not sure. reckon you'll see the same/similar scores from a rookie priced player- spend the difference elsewhere.

As much as I don't like Cloke... FWD section looks reasonably solid.

recommend downgrade Jetta, upgrade Geary to a prem.
I'd also like to see a DDP link between the RUC and FWD. That is putting a Rowe at R3, and Cox/Ryder in the FWDs for security in the rucks.

Def: I don't like Geary as he can be up and down i think Luke Russell or Richard Tambling are Cheaper and will score just as well.
Mids: I think you have some bad picks HERE IN Jetta & Simpkin. Will Simpkin be able TO break into the hawks 22 there is an opening with Young going to Collingwood as for Jetta  i think you are better off with Moloney.
Rucks: Standard
Fwds: Look solid with Cloke as the POD.

Overall  Team needs a few alterations particular to the Midfield need to Downgrade Simpkin to Lonergan. then you have choice of either upgradeing Geary or Jetta. I give your team a 7/10
