how to take a snapshot and upload on fanfooty?

ive done this once before but forgotten
and seen the link how to do it but cant find it

I would do a screen cap of the team, and then upload the image to a image hosting website like imageshack.

Then get the link of the image off of imageshack and put it like this:

Then you should be right. :)
