Hey all

I am flying over to Melbourne for a bucks party in September and want to go to the AFL grand final.

The only ticket stuff I can find is all the premium packages and they cost around the $1600 mark, but I dont want to go for a breakfast and all the other shower you get.  I just want to go to the game.

Does anyone know where I can buy just a ticket for the game, I dont care if I get nose bleed tickets

Why dont you want to do all that other stuff. No point going over without the package..HAHAH
::) Just Ignore that. Valkroum don't think what you want is available yet... Not sure.

Hi Guys,
I am in a similar boat to valkorum.  I would love to get my hands on a couple of tickets so that I can surprise my fiance for his 30th (which is just a couple of weeks before the GF).  I have been actively searching for tickets and the only ones i can find are expensive packages.
If there is anyone out there who has a couple of tickets and for some reason is unable to go or knows of how to get them, PLEASE email me!! I am willing to pay a fair price for them!

His 30th?
There are alot of females who use this site Q ;).

Grand Finals are usually sold out a while beforehand :(. Packages are usually the only way to get tickets unless you find a scalper.

I'm not sure thats quite right Helly. I haven't bought tickets to the GF in a long time, but I was under the impression that tickets went on sale to members on Monday and Tuesday, and the general public after that. The AFL sell them through ticketeche or someone like that and it's first in best dressed.
General admission to the GF can sometimes be bought on the net for a reasonable price if you are quick.

I hope your right Bunyip.  Is there a limit on how many you can buy as I need 7

bunyip

There is a limit, I don't know what it is though.
Look, I may be wrong and Hilly may be right, I haven't bought a GF ticket since we played the West Coast. I was working in Melbourne at the time and there happened to be a small ticket seller nearby. I went down at morning tea and got 2 no problem. It won't be that easy this year, if it's possible.

Could try using 2 or 3 names (yours, family, etc). But might be hard getting all of them together if you do it this way :-\.

Yes Master Q, HIS 30th.  They didn't ask for gender specification when joining this forum, thank you Hellopplz  :)
Thanks for all your input.  I will keep hoping...

roo boys!

We are still trying to figure out Q's gender specification ourselves...
