Solid team for structure chosen

Interesting pick with Hurn at D3. May pay off. Concern I have with Hurn is that he seems to struggle when Forward Tags are applied by teams and that effects his scoring - majority of his low scores 50 - 70 are a result of this, Just need to consider,  Scores reasonably if left free.

Assume Goodes is in mids for DPP if not I would move back to defence. Wityh 30 trades and only best 18 scores counting in byes think the DPP loses a bit of its significance.,

With other rookies base decision on NAB cup and whether named as a couple of clubs (Melbourne and GWS) have said their boom recruits will not play full season)

Only other issue you will have to watch is that 7 of your prems share the round 13 bye (includes your top 4 mids),

rate Team 8.5/10

Fundamentally a sound team. Hurn is an interesting choice but i suppose did finish top 10 defenders last year, just be cautious he does get tagged some games. lots of people going Yarran at D4 under Malthouse but i don't really see it. I feel you have overspent slightly in your midfield which means you are playing 2 fwd rookies. i would try to scrounge the 100 odd k needed to upgrade Daniher to one of Varcoe/Knights/Byrnes. This is purely for JS and a bit better scoring potential, very limited choices in the forward line this year.

Sorry if i doubled up on anything Ringo said we were posting at the same time

Def: Good Pick in Shannon Hurn will be a good POD he gets plenty of the ball and can Kick a goal. Other than that a solid defence
Mids: Problem with your midfield as Ringo has stated you have too many round 13 byes in fact all your premiums try getting Kennedy instead of Swan Mids Fyfe should score well many have Neade on the Fwd bench but you have him in the midfield
Rucks: Standard
Fwds: Seems to be ok just watch how Daniher plays in the remaining Nab Cup games before deciding on him.

Well balanced team give it an 8.5/10

can not argue with changes BS. Sloane is a sound pick I can see him possibly averaging 115 - 120 this season if he improves similar to last season only 22 so could be this years Beams.
