A) YES LET US USE THE LOOPHOLE

B) NO CAPTAINS AND VICE CAPTAINS AND EMERGENCY C/VC MUST BE NAMED AT START OF ROUND AND ARE LOCKED.

* My comments, personally I don't like the loophole it is unsporting. MORE IMPORTANT - It is more work for me to administrate it and check it and I would simply rather not have to deal with it. I could just say no Captain loophole but I am not inclined to rule on it solo in this instance so off to the polls we go again.

PLEASE VOTE ASAP - as always 9 votes one way or the other will decide it.
