I think he will. At this stage most teams will have to field 1 or 2 rookies to start with and he will easily out score any forward rookie this year.

really depends how much people are willing to spend. Im happier with him in the bench, i have Varcoe and Byrnes as F5 anf F6.

if macaffer pulls out some good numbers in the real nab (full games) than maybee i spend some cash elsewhere but im happier with him as f7 at this stage.

really not many good options up front.

I've got the same set up. Will be really good FWD cover given all the dodgy rookie FWD's currently.  :P

Think he will be solid enough to be a reasonable F6, then should work into some nice bench cover as the cows are slaughtered.

yeah has to be lcoked in the squad. the issue really is what postion are you happy with him at F6 or F7

Pretty comfortable with that, i've gone the double-mid-pricer combo because I don't like the JS of most rookies, so have decided to fill it up as best I can with blokes definitely in their team's best 22. Really hoping Mayes & another couple of fwd rookies are named rd 1, because if they aren't I reckon I'll have to downgrade a mid or back to upgrade a fwd rookie :-X

Yep 4 premium backs, 5 premium mids and a Maric/Leuy ruck combo... That's reasonable isn't it? Or do you think my fwds are a bit weak? ???
