Since im new, i dont understand what things like POD or DPP and such stand for, just curious if anyone can fill me in on all the acronyms you guys use please? :)

Jukes

POD = point of difference, the key to success. It means unique moves that could pay off and give you the edge.

DPP = dual position player, bloke who can be played in dt in multiple positions, ie a mid/fwd, back/mid, ruck/fwd.

I wasn't sure myself when I was new  :P
POD- Point of Difference, which means the player is unique and not many teams will have him.
DPP- Dual Postion Player, so Brendon Goddard is a DPP because he can be selected in two postions Midfeld and Defence

timmyparso

POD - point of difference, reference to unique player
DDP - dual position player I.e. fwd/mid player
BE - break even (price)
JS - job security

Ricochet

also JS = Job Security (whether a player is likely to hold down a spot in a team's 22)

Noz

Welcome Kodboys to FF.

Other popular ones

JS = Job Security, Mainly how safe the player is in the current team.

MBR = Multi Bye Rounds, Rounds where 1 or more teams have a bye in one week.

BE = Score the player has to reach to go up in price

Donut = Player who scores a 0

Spud = Guys like Taylor Walker and Brent Stanton

I think someone made a topic about these a while back now.
