Def: Goddard, Shaw, Gibbs, Birchall, Pittard, Docherty (Terlich, Van Unen)
Mids: Ablett, Pendlebury, Dangerfield, Cotchin, Mundy, K. Mitchell, Crouch, Omeara (Viney, Colquhoun)
Ruck: Goldstein, Leuenberger (Currie, McBean)
For: Cox, Walker, Rockliff, Cloke/Sylvia/Breust, Byrnes, Macaffer (Lee, Neade)

Remaining cash: $1,500

For F4 originally went with cloke as even in a rubbish season averaged 88 so imagine if he played well!! but would be happy to change to sylvia who averaged 98 after round 12 last year or breust could could explode.

I reckon your backs are a bit ...um how do I say this nicely - a bit of a gutless selection. There, I've said it.  No room for improvement if you like. Would you consider daring to pick a 2nd tier defender who could really improve to save money and give bragging rights. Look at last year's averages and these guys might be top 4 or so, but only averaging just over 100. Surely a punt here saving money could help bolster elsewhere.

eg Heppell, Hanley, Smith, Yarran, Hartlett, Grimes, Watts, Suckling, Lake etc. Just a thought.

Rucks - do you genuinely believe any of those 4 will be keepers? If so - fine. If not - why pick them. Answer - cheap. You usually get what you pay for so Goldy?? I know HMac gone etc but Currie, Daw coming up won't guarantee him a free run for sure anyway.

Buddy - but that's a whole thread or 7 in itself.

Cloke - too painful to watch

Sylvia - how many chances has he had already

Breust - interesting!

Def: Could get away with 3 premium backs this year so maybe downgrade Shaw to Heppell who looked good last night.
MIDS: Would upgrade Mundy to a true Premium. otherwise you have a solid midfield
Rucks: Standard
Fwds: Very Good either Cloke or Breust would be good as i would give you a unique in your team

Overall your team is nearly set just need to pick the right cashcows. i give it a 7.5/10
