First of all you have too much money Sitting there
Backs: Solid enough with 3 premiums just need to watch the rookies whether they get early games.
Mids: Downgrade Moloney to Wines or Lonergan as you have spent too much in this position
Forwards: Bit Light here also so i would try and upgrade to someone like Wright.

If you include Leuey as a Premium you have 13 Premiums in the side. So with a few minor changes you get 14 premiums which would give you a strong team to start off i give your team an 7.5/10

Agree #246k is a bit much cash to have sitting. Personally prefer no more than $50/75k.

Defence: 3 Prems sound - but make sure you select rookies who will play most games from Round 1.
Mids: Possibly overspent here with 5 Prems plus mid pricer.
Rucks: Standard
Fwds: Bit Light here with Varcoe at F4.

Couple of suggestions depending on overall cash situation:
Upgrade a Rookie defender to Yarran maybe.
Downgrade a prem if you wish to keep Moloney or Moloney to a Rookie Wine or Jaeger stand out at the moment but observe NAB cup.
Upgrade a rookie forward or Varcoe to a prem forward of your choice. (Hawkins, Wright, Martin, Christensen, Breust).
