not bad mate, maybe a 7/10 or so. some thoughts:
-fyfe/moloney/varcoe are too many speculations in the mids. you prob need one more prem in there.
-i'm never confident starting chappy for a season. i think stevie j is better, cheaper and rumoured to be pushing into the mids a bit like the end of last year.
-not sure of the value in stringer/daniher compared to a cheaper rookie. if you turn both of them into cheaper options (staker for one), couple w chappy to stevie j and varcoe toa rookie you prob have enough cash to turn moloney into murphy or someone (numbers off the top of my head).

I will rate your team with Suggestions on how to improve it.

Def Seems fairly strong
Mids: Midfild is a little weak you will need 5 Premiums to start off.
Rucks: Solid
Fwds: need to improve this line.

Suggestions to get more money and what players to upgrade to
Pederson to Docherty gives you an extra $165000
Moloney to Andrew Swallow, Luke Shuey or Zorko into the mids
Move Varcoe to the Forwards to replace either Danaher or Stinger.
Bring a Rookie into the Mids to Replace Varcoe
Look at Upgrading Josh Kennedy to a Unique Pick like Jack Watts

Hope this helps make sure you look at other opinions particular Ringo as he is pretty good at rating teams.

Thanks for the feedback gents, appreciated.
- Guess I should've justified some of my selections, I'm looking to bring in ablett as early as possible. Theory being his price wont go UP (*Hopefully*), and best case scenario he might drop 40k and I can pick him up by round 5 with something like Moloney+Varcoe/rookie. Giving me an early upgrade and giving my rooks time to do their thing. But it does leave me with a weak starting midfield.

- I was tossing up between chappy & stevie J also, leaned slightly to chappy for consistency but id really be happy either way.
- You're right about too much cash being tied up in stringer/daniher, have to take one of them down (prob stringer), had staker in there but with news of him going under the knife I've decided to leave him on the 'later on' list.
-Varcoe up front seems more solid as there's plenty of other midfield options.

Thanks!

RedCats

Stevie J over Chappy if you are tossing up between them two. Stevie will push more in to the midfield this year and Chappy will settle more in the forward line. Chappy might be a bit more consistent, but I think Stevie will end up with a much higher average this year.

Maybe look at downgrading one of your backs to try and strengthen the mids? Struggling a little with similar issues.
