How long can it last?

Bill Manspeaker

that's gonna be the question, these 2 really look like they've got their heads down and are looking to both go on with it. hopefully all the batters will show the same heart and don't lose 4/20 or some shower

Clarke should be No.4  ::) No.5 too far and No.3 will be rushed and go out quickly.

+1

But Phil Hughes made 2 off 31 against spinners... doesn't need to be dropped but needs to face a lot of balls in the "spin" net at training

Steve Smith proving his doubters wrong, has looked good in his 26no so far. Hope he keeps going and builds a big partnership with Cowan (86no)

colmullet

it should not have been a problem for Clarke, he probably came in later today than he has for the last two years! Just had brain fade charging the first ball

PowerBug

Oh look at that, Steve Smith is doing well. Not surprised one bit. The kid has matured since his last test cap, deserved another shot in the side and deserves to play well. :)

That awkward moment when Steve Smith and Ravi Jadeja are the two best performing players on a day of Test cricket.

PowerBug

It must be the No. 5 spot. Whoever bats there does well :D
