If Ossie to get the job then he will be disadvantaged because of the fact he hasn't made any trades to strengthen the weaknesses of the side (mids)

I'm happy either way tbh. Can I vote for both? Wanna beat Jukes in BXV as well as DT and APL. And Ossie is Ossie ;)

Great decision guys but to keep within the rules will still have to put to the vote of other coaches which I will do after close of nominations on Sunday night.
