K Mitchell - elevation incoming?

Hey guys, saw this article pop up on the AFL app on the bus home from footy training and it sparked my interest:

Gotta feel sorry for Salter, but at the same time I was pretty excited to read this,

"The club has moved to add Salter to its long-term injury list after he suffered a stress fracture to the foot... His injury provides scope for the club to elevate one of its four rookies to the senior list after the NAB Cup. Under AFL rules all rookies are eligible for selection during the pre-season competition."

It seems like Port will almost certainly make the rookie decision after the NAB cup, but the way I see it the only real competition it seems for Mitchell to be elevated is Pfeiffer. What do you guys make of it?

So once Mitchell is elevated we are all in a dilemma who do you kick out of your squad to bring in Mitchell. Do you keep Oliver wines or boot viney. So much to think bout. What do you suggest mate.

Boot neither of Viney or Wines... Surely you have more than 2 rookies in the midfield

Problem is you have Lonergan, Viney, Crouch, O'Meara, M.Jones, Wines and now Mitchell
