You want as much money as you can get on the field. If you are picking 200k plus players on your pine its a bit of a waste. Think you have gone a bit mid pricer silly.

I only have 2 in embley and berger in my side. I personally wouldn't go anymore than 3 or 4.

Scrads

Agree completely with Owen.

Also Dawes as F1 is a disaster really.

Take a look at some other teams for ideas of s general structure which may be good.

Try dropping another rookie in your backline and mid to free up some money to upgrade your forwards....

Maybe the likes of Terlich (DEF), Whitley or Wines (MID) and upgrade Dawes at a minimum...

owenbond007: I'm confused as to why midpricers would be a bad move. We have unlimited trades and trade limitations were one of the main reasons that all 300,000 people started playing "Guns and Rookies". The other reason EVERYONE started playing "G and R" is because it's easier to pick those players than it is to pick midpricers who will improve. Hence, I've picked a lot so that I can scale back as the elite rookies present themselves in the first couple of weeks. Extra funds will then be funnelled into whatever elite players that copped a concussion or other temporary ailment that dropped their values - see Joel Selwood in Round 1 2011.

Scrads: I picked Dawes because I expect him to average no less than 75. He was developing very well as the #2 forward until Collingwood tried to convert him into a ruckman. On averages, I don't project him to be F1, but I think he's still in the top 8 for value in the forwards.

alphyfb: Terlich is on the radar. I'm assuming Whitley is Whitfield. He weighs 74kg, so he won't play every game and his scoring will be inconsistent as well. I'll be jumping on him when his 3rd year breakout happens. I like Ollie very much, but I worry about the culture and medical facilities at Port Adelaide. It's very difficult to keep the big-bodies on the field without a well-funded medical team and fitness department - see Jack Ziebell.

Thanks boys. Really appreciate the time and effort.
